Video #2: Foods for Inflammation and Period Cramps
Oh, those period cramps that many of us know all too well. They come around, eat all of our food, and demand to curl up in bed with us while we watch Netflix.
They’re kind of like a bad hangover. Or ex.
Luckily, our cramps are also amazing teachers (as are hangovers and exes and most uncomfortable things in life) and can help us cue into our bodies, what we’re eating and how it may be affecting our cycle symptoms.
This week’s video is all about how to ease period cramps and overall inflammation in the body through the foods we eat. These foods are also supporters for those of us who struggle with an irregular menstrual cycle.
